Cancellation and Payment Policy

Payment:
Payment is to be made by bank transfer or cash. A late fee of £10 will be added if invoices are not paid by the end of the half term plus 1 week.

Refunds:
Missed lessons due to illness or holidays in term time are charged in full. Please give notice if there are hospital appointments and I can make allowances for this and not charge the lesson fee. I will always try to swap things around for class/school trips and it really helps if parents can let me know in advance too in case I miss these. Full refunds are given on next invoice if there are school closures (unless I am able to swap days). If only a few selected pupils are away for something like sports, the schools will often not inform me of this, so parents need to inform me in advance for this and if there is anything I can do I will.

High School Lessons:
Due to strict timetables, please give enough advance notice if there is a problem with a scheduled lesson and I can try to swap your lesson with someone else.

After School Lessons:
Please email/text me in advance if any problems with your lesson and I’ll see if I can swap times.

Exams:
If anyone needs to take a break from lessons to do their exams that’s fine. Please let me know a half term in advance.
